Features
Vacuum system is assembled with Freon cryotrap, which ensures temperature up to -20 and can avoid efficiently back oil, keep chamber clean and improve ultimate vacuum level;

Vacuum chamber and pipelines are processed by polishing with high quality material;

Fast cooling fan in internal or external system improves efficiency.

Intelligent temperature controller realizes automatic control which can record hundreds of curves, calculated by PID parameters and protected by shut off power.
