Our company is an initial big company who imported high technique and equipments, to special producing semi trailer axle and related parts. And have passed ISO/TS16949:2002 quality system authentication. Presently, mostly produce 8-20t trailer axle, 40-80t suspension, air suspension, self steering axle, some of them can make by customers special request.
Characteristic of 8~20t Round/square Axles
1. Brief and dependable design.
2. Adopting  127 MnV alloy, heat extruding and seamless steel tube, it has the virtues of good synthetic performance, strong load ability and lower self weight.
3. High quality alloy forged spindle, through wholly heat treatment, is processed by imported digital machining center with higher accuracy.
4. Adopting high quality imported asbestos free break linings, so that the lifespan of abradability is improved by at least 25%.
5. Adopting Mobile XHP222 lubricating grease lengthens the time of free maintenance.
6. The camshaft, matching with special seals, can ensure no entry of grease into break drum, so as to guarantee a safety drive.
7. Having a break parts interchangability with North American quick-break device.
8. The 9000 series axle, with a special design, can meet the requirements for special use of ultra-low flatbed trailer.
9. Full range of stud fixing such as ISO, BSF, DIN and JAP, it can meet the requirements of various wheel rims.
10. ABS is optional.
