The scope of our supplying is including designing, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and trial production. The steel rolling mill offered by us can produce steel bar/rod, section steel (angle bar, flat bar, channel bar, I-beam, H-beam, steel rails and wire rod/steel wire.
Meantime, we are also dealing with the forging, casting, machining, heat treatment, melted-zinc-bath, other equipment (motor, reducer, etc) and furnace (heating, annealing, tempering, melting and so on).
We will start to design the project and offering our quotation upon your answers to our questions as following:
1. Workshop: Do you have existing workshop or will you build up a new workshop for this line?
2. What is the fuel for heating furnace, coal, oil or natural gas?
3. What is the raw material, scrap or billet? If it is billet, what is the size and exact length of the billet?
4. What is the finished products to be required? And what is the detailed specification (size) of the finished product?
5. Voltage parameter: Where will be the line installed? What is the high voltage and low voltage separately in the local area?
6. Production capacity: Please advice your expected capacity of this production line including capacity per hour and per day.
7. For this line, what extent of automation you want? Do you prefer full automatic line or semi-automation line? Please confirm this point. It is very important to our designing.
