We are looking for Hardness Testing Machine (Vickers Cum Brinell Make & or substitute) as per technical data attached herewith i.e.Application The hardness testing machine has been designed for determining the Brinell hardness and the Vickers hardness of aluminium, steel & metals of all types. The Brinell method is preferably applied to cast iron, unhardened steel, and light metals. Its use is restricted to materials having a Brinell hardness of max. 400 HB since otherwise the penetrator (steel ball) might be deformed. A regular pyramid having a square basis and smoothed off diamond point is pressed in the material to be tested under a load F. The produced impression is projected onto a focusing screen and the diagonals of the impression are measured by means of the measuring equipment. The Vickers method is preferred for small, hard, and thin specimens as well as for determining the hardness of cases.

Hardness testing machine acc. To TGL, 23435 (DIN 51225) for determining the Vickers hardness, TGL 9556 (DIN 50133), and for determining the Brinell hardness, TGL 0648 (DIN 50351) of aluminium, steel and all types of metals.
