We have two 6,000-square-meter factories that handle all spinning, weaving and embroidery for our embroidered fabric. That means we can offer you a consistent level of quality, and you can track your order through the production process. Computerized Shuttle-embroidery Machines from South Korea
Our facilities are equipped with 18 computerized shuttle-embroidery machines from South Korea and more than 700 automatic looms. We also have 3,000 spindles and eight sets of combs to help us handle your volume orders. These machines let us turn out 800,000 meters of embroidered fabric and 6 million meters of gray cloth every month. And all of our cloth is made with dyes from Italy and tested to ensure it is colorfast and does not shrink. We are also ISO 9001:2000- and ISO 14001:2004-certified. More Than Just Fabric
