Since 1997, we've processed custom orders for caps, hats, visors, scarves and gloves from international buyers like you. We use CAD and state-of-the-art equipment from Japan to create your designs. With other important production equipment imported from Japan and South Korea and 16 assembly lines at our 6,600-square-meter factory, we turn out over 80,000 dozen hats and caps every month that meet exacting standards. We inspect raw materials, test products on our production lines and closely supervise R&D operations. But we're also glad to tailor our QC procedures according to your requirements.

Your orders for as few as 1,200 hats or other accessories are welcome. We provide full logistical support including insurance, shipping, customs and export documentation. And six years of OEM experience means we can provide the service you demand.
