Established in 1997, we, Zibo Henifor Light Industry Products, are a Sino-foreign joint venture that manufactures and exports decorative glassware for a wide range of uses -- from handmade mosaic products to kitchenware and more. Some of our products include mosaic glass products, glass canisters, glass candle holders, glass vases, metal trivets and wood and cork placemats. Exporting our products since 1997, today our clients include Costco and Target. And, we have a monthly export volume of $500,000.
Our R&D
Located in Zibo, North China's ceramic center, we have some of the best craftsmen in the industry. Our 20-member R&D team turns out five new items each week. They also visit international trade shows every year to stay up on the latest trends. And in our sample workshop, an additional 30 technicians can turn out your OEM sample in just three days. If a mold is required, it will be ready within 15 days.
Producing Up to 60 20-foot Containers Monthly
Production, packaging, export documentation and shipping are all integrated within our 50,000-square-meter factory. We use two semi-automatic production lines to guarantee a 30-day lead time. Our monthly capacity is 60 20-foot containers. Our minimum order is 2,000 units.
Our QC Process
The QC team follows ISO 9001-compliant guidelines when checking items at every stage of production. They also ensure that only high-quality raw materials are used for your order.
We Test Our Packaging
Twelve trade staff members handle your orders and make sure that each item is packed safely in polypropylene to avoid breakage. We will also provide one-percent extra accessories or purchase insurance to cover your order, whichever you prefer.
