Our R&D division is divided into two teams: market analysis and design. Our analysts make the regular trade fair rounds to keep us updated with the latest trends in the home appliance industry. Our design team uses Pro-E, Solid Works, Auto CAD and CorelDRAW software as well as imported testing instruments in developing new models for our product line and for your OEM or ODM projects.
14 years of molding experience
By manufacturing our own molds, we ensure exceptional product features such as high impact resistance, high heat distortion, high gloss, and good base resin color. We have 14 years of experience in mold making, and can output 120 molds every year. CNC equipment, lathes, and plastic injection machines from Taiwan support our molding and production capabilities.
ISO 9001:2000 compliant quality control measures
Our quality management systems are ISO 9001:2000 compliant. IQC to QA processes are overseen by 20 QC technicians equipped test devices for wear resistance and power fluctuations. All our testing procedures comply with Level Two Lot Inspection Standards.
