Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer

Description:
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (Polycarboxylate High-range Water Reducer) ----Third generation of concrete admixtures, fine comprehensive performance and green environmental protective products. Modified polycarboxylate high range water reducer is powder which is made by spray drying process.



Characteristics:

It is especially suitable for high-performance powder construction material, used as dispersant. Its dispersiveness is good, water reducing rate is high and adaptability to various cements is fine. Fluidity of mixtures is excellent when used in concrete and mortar.



Specification (powder form):

Appearance: light grey powder

Water content: 3% Max.

Characteristics: Non-toxin, non-taste and non-inflammation

Unit weight (g./L ): 500-600

PH value (20 deg. C., 20% solution): 6-8

SO4 ion content: 2.6%

Cl ion content: 0.01%

Suggested mixed amount: 0.16-0.3% ( of the cementing material amount )

And (liquid form): solid content 20% solution & 40% solution



Application:

This product can be applied in the High strength concrete, High fluidity concrete, High duration concrete, Calcium aluminate refractory concrete, Low cement refractory concrete and Grouting materials, Steam curing concrete, High strength mortar, Gypsum product, Self-flowing ground, and Stuffing material etc.



Packing: Powder: 20kgs/plastic sealed bag with liner;

Liquid: in 250kgs/drum or 1,000kgs/container.



Storing: This powder is easy to absorb moisture in the air and protect it in sealed bag. Storage period is 12 months under 40 Deg. C. Do not be piled up too high.
