Shanghai Neles-Jamesbury Valve Company, Limited (SNJ) is a joint venture company of Metso Automation (formerly Neles-Jamesbury) and Shanghai Valve and Vacuum Equipment Corporation (formerly Shanghai General Machinery Corporation). The company was formed in February 1991 and has technology from Jamesbury, Inc. of the USA and Shanghai No. 7 valve factory as the basis for its advanced product lines.

The company is managed jointly by the partners with Mr. Li Zhong Guang (China) as the President and Mr. John Luey (U.S.A.) as the Vice President.
