Description:
Akesu area of Xinjiang autonomous region of China belongs to temperate arid climate with annual average temperature of 7c-8c. It has very little rainfalls, but plenty of melted snow water is flowing across this area all the year round. This area has a very few plant diseases and insect pests because of the cold temperature in winter, that is why the chance of using pesticide on the apple tree is very slim at this area. Planted in the sandy soil, with every day of more than 10 hours sunshine, irrigated with melted snow water from the mountain and prolonged the harvest time to the middle of October, the Red Fuji apple in this area has formed a popular fame in the world with the following characters: very fragrant, plenty of juice, crisp, thin skin and dregs free with eating, very sweet, which has earned another name for the apple "sweet heart".
