Recently it has combined with the no.2 and no.3 nanjing zhongshan fine chemicals plant, nanjing jiayan chemical plant, and nanjing kangle chemical trading company to form a combination with superiority complementation and resource sharing. The combination is under the leadership of the general manager and also the legal person of mr. Xie baokang.
The combination produces and sells mainly 10 products of 12 specifications. The annual production capacities of different products are as follows: P-methylphenol5000t;antioxidant bht 1000t;potassium carbonate 5000t; o-nitrobenzaldehyde 100t; and levofoxacin hydrochloride 6t, as well as o-methyl phenol, mixture of o-, m- and p-methyl -phenol, phenol, sodium sufite and liquid ammonium chloride, etc.

The combination has a staff of more than 400 employees. Its fixed assets amounts to 40 million yuan rmb, the annual output value is 150 million yuan rmb, and the annual gross sales is 160 million yuan rmb. Its product of cresol is exported to southeast asia and that of levofloxacin hydrochloride to japan and other countries to earn foreign exchange up to 4.5million USD yearly.
