Properties, features& characteristics
1. Appearance: Light brown powder& dark brown liquid. Non-poisonous, odorless, non-flammable
and non-corrosive to
steel bars.
2. Plasticity: As a conditon of blending in which amount of
cement and collapsibility are fixed aforehand,
water can be decrease by 10-30% when it si added at 0.3-1.5%. At the early stage, compression strength is increased rapidly
and at the end largely when it is added at standard blend dosage. Statistically, compression strength on the 1st day, the 3rd day
and the 28th day after single application is increase b 70-100%,60-80%
and 25-50% respectively. As the result, compression strength, tensile strength, buckling strength
and modulus of elasticity can be improved to some extent.
3. At the time it is fabricated by centrifugation, slurry loss is slight while notable vapor cure effect occurs. Site
and modulus utilization can be effectively accelerated. At the end of application, compression strength is practically improved.
4. Superplasticiser wih low chloride
and low alkali is widely used in largescale dam
and bridge constructions as well as skyscrapers.
Directions
1. Liquid agent is more effective than the powdery.
2. Solutions can be prepared accordingly
and diluted to desired concentration levels. When the solid is added directly,
and extra 30-second agiattion is required.
Packing,
transportation and storage1. For powdr: Woven
bag with
plastic liner. Net weight:25kg±0.13 kg or 50kg±0.25kg for liquid: Sealed
plastic drums to prevent accidental leakage
and evaporation. The material can be delivered or transported by
tank car.
2. Cautions should be taken to prevent from being torn by sharp-ended objects while pakages are transferred or delivered. When being contaminated by high humidity or moisture in
case of leakage, it can be prepared in prescribed ways for further use without surrendering any effect.
3. It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated
