1. Drive system
Gearbox is adopted parallel tri-axial structure, Combine reduction part and
distribution part into together. Bearings are imported SKF product, oil-immerge lubricating system is adopted, it also provides alarm function when low oil position or over pressure happens. it sure of gearbox runs in the condition of high performance
and long time.

2. Screw combination
Screw rotating speed can reach to 600 rpm. with high rotating speed, shear
become stronger. It ensures high output and perfect quality.

3. Auto control system
AC motor or DC motor is available. DC regulator is product of Eurtherm England. AC
motor is controlled by Anchuan Japan governor. AC contactor are international brand
SIMMENS product. PLC also available. It can realize comprehensive accurately
control to temperature control, feeding system, drive system venting system, lubricating system etc.

4. Various pelletizing process
Stand pelletizer, air-cooling pelletizer, water-ring hot cutting pelletizer eccentric
water-fog pelletizer, under-water pelletizer, standing water-ring pelletizer
are available depending on technology requirement.
