Machinery Co., Ltd., which belongs to XINDA Group, is a prestigious
machinery enterprise, which has sole right of producing the SJW reciprocating
extruder in domestic market. Thanks to the renovation on
plastic compounds from BUSS (Switzerland)
and over five-year persevering research
and practice by XINDA people, the first set of Reciprocating Extruder was born in XINDA in 1999.
On 16th March, 2000, professor Geng Xiaozheng (Beijing Chemical Technology University), professor Zhao Anchi (Tsinghua University), Liu Yingjun (Senior Engineer, Institute of Plastics Processing
and Application of Light Industry)
and so on, total seven experts came to examine
and testify the
machine. Then, on 10th July 2000, Liao Zhengpin (Board Chairman, China Plastics Process Industry Association) also came to authenticate it with some other experts. All of them confirmed that it is a great success to be able to produce reciprocating
extruder independently. It ends the history during which no Chinese company could manufacture such a
machine independently
and had to rely on importing. Additionally, which is more important, it supplies a gap that twin screw extruders only can cut folium materials. While reciprocating
extruder can cut, tropism, incise, fold
and elongate the materials thoroughly. Therefore, high-qualified dispersive
and distributive mixing can be provided.
Furthermore, XINDA also holds the patent of the clam-shell barrel corotating twin screw
extruder in China. Its aborative
design and unsurpassable advantages have been approved by customers around the world. It brings new vigor for our company's further development.
Moreover, there is a factory producing fiber master batch inside the company. It belongs to XINDA
and has been used as a base for
product testing in the past few years. There is evidence that this factory lays a solid foundation for the high
quality of our
products.
