Fully Automated Flexible Straw Shaping Machine

Description:

We produce 80% of the drinking straw machinery in China, and have years
of experience exporting these products.

This automated flexible drinking straw making machine offers new levels
of performance for straw production. The entire operation from product
in-feed and forming to finished product out-feed is automatically
performed requiring the operator to only add the material.

Straight straws are fed into the hopper at the top of machine, then one
by one fed into the machinery main drum and clamped by two mechanical
catches. As the main drum rotates, the straw passes through two rotary
dies to receive a die-pressed effect, is then compressed with the two
catches to create a flexible form and then delivered to the output
conveyor automatically.

The main drum always carries 12 straws in successive operations. This technology
represents a giant step forward for the production of
flexible straws.
