We are a Taiwan investment enterprise, the first manufacturer to introduce the advanced water-based coating technology to China's architectural industry in the early 80s. The main brand "Haixia Paint" has been widely spread around the country and adopted in many major national large scaled projects. We have introduced advanced automatic machines and technologies from the USA and Germany. Furthermore, most of Haixia Paint's high quality pigments and raw materials are imported from the North America, Germany and other European countries. Haixia Paint is randomly inspected twice a year by Fujian Provincial Central Inspection Institute. From 1990 to 2006, all of our products are 100% qualified.
