Our company professionally trades all kinds of carbon steel pipes, alloy steel pipes, stainless steel pipes and tubes as well as gas cylinders. The high temperature resistant, low temperature resistant and corrosion resistant tubing materials are imported or domestically produced to provide services for petroleum, chemical and electric power industries. It is a distribution centre of alloy steel pipes and tubes awarded by Sinopec, associating unit of No. Energy Sources Net of China National Petroleum Corporation and first degree supplier for the Group, and qualified supplier of China National Offshore Oil Corporation.

The headquarter of our corporation is located in the center of Wuxi City, the factories and storehouses are in the Huishan economic development area, about 1,500m away from the speedway. So the transportation is very convenient. After more than ten years' strenuous hard work, our company has indoor storehouse of 35,000 square meters and workshops of 40,000 square meters. We can provide a set of complete systems for storage, processing, distribution and there always are a wide range of more than 25,000MT inventory pipes. The fixed capital has surpassed 100 million RMB and our turnover reached 1 billion RMB in 2006. The predicted 1.3 billion RMB and total value of import and export will be 100 million USD in 2007. Our company has become a bigger selling base for alloy steel pipes and special steel material.

We have established good trading relations with some renowned companies from Japan, Germany, Italy and Spain and so on for a long time. We are a franchisee and stock base of Japan JFE Steel Corporation. Moreover, we have established better cooperation relation with some domestic bigger steel pipes manufacturers, such as BaoSteel, CSST, TPCO, Chengde Steel and Tube and so on.

Wuxi Dexin Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., a joint venture, is a subsidiary founded in 2002. We can manufacture and process seamless steel pipes for all kinds of large outside diameter whose dimensions are less than 1200mm and thickness is less than 80mm. The series pipes/tubes of Dexin Brand mainly include roller conveyance pipes, low temperature steel pipes, gas cylinders, structure pipes, liquid transported pipes, low-mid pressure pipes, high-temperature & pressure pipes and so on.

Our company has production lines of cold drawn, hot dipped and hot expanding for seamless steel pipes, and the production capability has been 80,000MT/year. Our products can be well sold throughout China and Europe, North American, Japan, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South Korea.

Our company has complete apparatuses for inspection physics property, chemical composition analysis, non-destruction detection and hydraulic test. Three furnaces can process material for normal, temper, anneal and other heat treatments by burning natural gas. Our company has successfully passed the ISO 9001:2000 quality system confirmed and have got the certificates of API-5L and CE. Our credit status is AAA degree assessed by bank. Our company has imported and exported business right of self-supporting and all products have been insured for Product Duty Danger by China People Insurance Corporation.
