With the functions such as the extraction, transmission and improvement of fluid energy, fans are widely applied in nearly all national economic fields. According to the statistics, the power consumption of fan products accounts for around 10％ of national total power generation. Noticeably, the power consumption of fans accounts for 30％ of national total power consumption for mining industry, 20％ for the iron & steel industry and 17％ for the coal industry. So, the energy saving and environmental protection should be paid more attention for China fan industry During Jan-May 2006, the total industrial output value got to RMB 9.773866 billion (current price), increased by 11.45％ over the same period of 2005 and, the sales value amounted to RMB 8.517458 billion, up by 11％ year-on-year. Additionally, the delivery value of exported products totaled RMB 239.09 million, increased by 11％, the industrial value-added RMB 3.064458 billion with 20％, and the total profits RMB 536.137 million with 9％. Statistically, the exports of China fan industry maintains at low level although the delivery value of major fan enterprises increased by 20％ compared with the same period of 2005. Overall, the export value only accounts for 2.4％ of total output value.
