In 2005, the total import and export value of China household textile industry was USD 15.384 billion, increasing 31.93% year on year and that of bedding was USD 1.847 billion, accounting for 12% of import and export of household textile industry and increasing 62.77% year on year. Therefore, bedding is an important component of import and export of China household industry.
