According to the statistics provided by Information Center of China Electronic Components Association, the quantity of soft Magnetic Materials produced in China in 2004 was over 120,000 tons and the total sales revenue was about 7 billion Yuan RMB which represents 33％ of the total production and 40％ of the total revenue of China’s magnetic materials respectively. The production of soft Magnetic Materials in China in 2005 reached about … tons, it may reach … tons in 2006 and … tons in 2010. Since China’s joining in WTO the national soft Magnetic Materials industry is facing new opportunities as well as challenges. On one side the low level competition among domestic enterprises is acting severer and severer and on the other side the international giants in the soft Magnetic Materials industry are invading into China in large scale. How to survive and develop further in between these competitions is the focus of the industry.
