HC: Fellow netizens Good afternoon, here is the live broadcast of Huicong Network for the 49th Auto   maintenance exhibition .Beside me, here is the general manager  Mr. Wang from Beijing Quanta. Everyone has been very familiar with it, now welcome Mr. Wang  give us an introduction of the Beijing Quanta company's development.

 

Wang: Our company has been developed for 16 years, during the 16 years, with sincere and service as our requirements, The company made a great prograss with the support of industries and friends.

 

HC:How did we do in the service?

Wang: We provide services from two aspects:First,from our own products, from R & D, manufacturing, we hope that we can strive to produce good products. Meanwhile, in order to ensure our products, enables users to make a good feeling, and truly let these products can play a role in our users,and bring benefits to our customers.To ensure the quality of such services as this premise ,  this service is also play an important role.

 

we have a special service teams, from the factory to the company, all after-sales service team, is designed to allow users to receive timely service, this is also our goals ---- a kind of fast, good and timely service.

 

HC: With the development of the auto maintenance market, the competion in the auto maintenance market is becoming more and more fierce, users demands about the quality of the product are also getting higher and higher. Well, I would like to ask what measures did we do in improving the products?

 

Wang: First we passed ISO9000 certification, we have established a quality management system. From the quality departments, testing departments strictly ensure good quality. We also provided our ongoing technical training for Production workers to enable them to establish a quality first thought.

We considered from the production, quality is the life of an enterprise, we have to chase a very good quality. There is only one good quality, and you be able to firm foothold in the competitive market,.During our sales process, we should also put this service in the first position in the service hotline, in the marketing process.

 

HC: Mr Wang just said, through this exhibition, we see a lot of new products, a lot of new technologies.  what new products Beijing Quanta introduced in 2007?

Wang: We will make more efforts in the teaching equipment. One is  multimedia network teaching system, we also made it in recent years by the R & D efforts, but also quickly  promote it into our schools. Through application of our products in this, we also would like to do more with our vocational education. We hope that this product can meet  more teachers’teaching needs and the learning needs of students.To make some contribution, that is what we are pursuing.

 

HC: We also found such a phenomenon  that many enterprises maintenance hired less than good mechanics, in such circumstances, many on the corresponding vehicle maintenance education in these schools also began corresponding set up, then I would like to ask about the total, what’s your opinion about the prospects for the development of teaching equipment

 

Wang: In this respect, as we are speaking ,It is an opportunity .country is also very seriously. During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, the state raised four shortage of talent which we should focus on. Our country made a lot of efforts on Vocational education, and put more money into it .and from the equipment, many schools have improved a lot under the guidance of the national policy. Therefore, in this vocational education respect, we do maintenance of the laboratory, how to introduce some good, advanced equipment and teaching equipment to the schools, and this is one of our responsibilities. I think that in this work, ,we have a lot of work to do in auto care industry.

HC: You just talked about in the auto care industry, education prospects for the development of the cause, and you have just mentioned personnel shortage of maintenance and technical persons.driven by the needs and teaching equipment upgrade, I would like to ask about the recent Beijing Quanta Development Goals and development planning ?

 

Wang:First we would like to further improve our teaching facilities, so that we can meet the needs of the actual teaching.And auto maintenance equipment in this regard, we would also like to learn some domestic or international advanced technology, further improving our products.

In this process We would also like to further train our team. At the same time further improve our products, and better meet the needs of teaching and the requirements of aftermarket industry.
