On the occasion of Hebei Longhai Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. participating the 49th Auto Maintech, our editor made an interview with Manager Xia and Manager Ma.

 

hc360.com: Good afternoon, everyone. This is the web cast room of hc360.com for the 49th Auto Maintech. Sitting next to me are Manager Xia and Manager Ma from Hebei Longhai Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Good afternoon, welcome to our web cast room. First, we’ll invite Manager Ma to give us an introduction of the development process and present situation of Hebei Longhai Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

 

Ma: With an investment of over ten million yuan and more than 200 employees, Hebei Longhai Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd is located at south Hebei Province, covering an area of more than 70 Chinese acres. The history of our company can be dated back to 1997, when our main product is digging machine. When it came to the second step in 2002, we began to manufacture various devices machines and equipments.Now we are at the third step of manufacturing various devices machines and equipments.We own more than 10 national patents, with 3 already developed, 8 still on the way. As the development of our company and the growing need of our clients, we will keep up to develop new products and the remained 8 national patents.

 

hc360.com: Thank you for giving us such detailed introduction. Well, how would the company promote the technique content and the quality of the new products?

 

Xia: We have more than 10 tertiary-above educated technicians and 2 engineers as our technical support and we have just introduced a new assembly line for engine bed. We have complete detection means to make sure every one of our products international standardized. We won’t let any one out of our company without meeting the requirements.

 

hc360.com: After sale service is quite important to a company. Now we’ll ask Manager Ma to give us an introduction of the company’s after sale service.

 

Ma: The growing of a company depends on its high product quality and prompt after sale service. As for after sale service, we organized a powerful after sale service team, with about 10 professional members, who are all tertiary-above educated and have engaged in technical profession for at least 5 years. We are ready to provide any service for customers and dealers any time they want, such as onsite service and telephone communication. In brief, we’ll do anything the customers and dealers ask or need. In order to improve after-sale service, we also invited dealers throughout the country to give us training in our factory. In the second half of last year we invited about 50 well-known dealers to visit our factory as well as study and exchange ideas there. We solicited their suggestions on the scene about how to improve our products, so as to direct our work. Next step we will keep up the good work. We will take integrity first, service first and product quality first as our goal and strive for the brilliant future of auto maintenance industry.

 

hc360.com: Manager Ma has just presented us a detailed introduction of Longhai’s service system. Can you tell us something about your products in this exhibition?

 

Xia: In this exhibition, we brought multi-functional various devices machines and equipments with mechanical means and plating hydraulic jacks are our traditional industries. The various devices machines and equipments were invented by our company. We aim at imitated frequently but never surpassed.

 

hc360.com: We have adopted Chinese and English bilingual live cast for this exhibition. Overseas users can also get the information about this exhibition and Longhai through hc360.com. Do you have any plans for overseas promotion recently?

 

Ma: Thanks to our first-class product quality, we are popular not only in Chinese market but also overseas. Since the year before last, some countries like Vietnam, Singapore and Australia have manufactured some products in our factory. This year we have just transported 100 various devices machines and equipments to Yunnan. At today’s exhibition many dealers from overseas visited our booth and drafted plans to order various devices machines and equipments from us. Next we will take advantage of this opportunity to further develop overseas market and spread our products overseas as much as possible.

 

hc360.com: I’d like to ask about your recent development goal and development plan, as well as what would you do to achieve this goal.

 

Ma: Our goal for this year is to sell over various devices machines and equipments If we are able to achieve this goal, we will work hard to develop the market, improve the quality and service so that the sales volume can grow by 50% next year.
