Both CON-STAR′s and SHIJIAZHUANG RUISEN ′s owner is Mr. DONG, our general manager. So please be sure that we are the real manufacturer and with real cost price. Our factory is located in JINZHOU, China. Consist with one main factory and 4 branches. The factory is DISNEY FAMA and SMETA 4P audit, focus on high quality baseball caps. Sizes from baby kids to extra large adults. Two of our branch factories made bucket hats, cowboy hats only. And the other two only produce promotional caps and hats at competitive prices. Our products are customised sewing caps and hats. Every year we produce about 800 new items with Disney, Marvel icons and so on.
