In1996 Qingdao camera factory took over of the Hisense group company then changed its name to Qingdao Hisense Optical Co., Ltd. In 2001 the enterprise again integrate, approved by the Qingdao Municipal Administration of industry and Commerce changed its name to Haitongda special instruments factory.
