The area of the factory is near 30000m2. The capacity of Diode, Bridge Rectifier and Surface Mount Rectifier is over 5 billion, and the output of wafer is about 3 million every year. More than 80% of the products are exports into Aisa, Europe, America and other industries. The products are widely applied to computer, communication, electronic appliance, car, and many other industries. It becomes one of the biggest semiconductor manufactures in China.
