After two years of planning and construction, the first phase project of 15, 000 sq. M polyurethane synthesis workshop, 4, 000 sq. M granules production workshop, 3, 000 sq. M R&D laboratory and 1, 000 sq. M public facilities were completed and put into use in August 2016. Production equipments are all DCS automatic control, and the daily output can reach more than 200 tons, to meet the market demand for products.
