The company was founded in 1985 with the original name of Wuxiang Machinery Accessories Factory in Yin County. In 1998, it converted into Ningbo Yinzhou Yongdun Pneumatic Tool Factory and registered the trademark "Yongdun". In 2005, it formed Ningbo Yinzhou Yongdun Pneumatic Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
