QZ-220 Pneumatic Brake Lining Remover
Due to the construction design characteristics of automobile brake shoes, when replacing the brake lining, it is necessary to manually remove the riveted parts one by one. This process requires maintenance personnel to put in a lot of energy and work for a long time, which affect their time doing other work. It consumes energy and physical strength, with low efficiency, resulting in high labor costs.
Our Pneumatic Brake Lining Remover uses compressed air as the power to perform "lock on", "Blade Press", "Lining Pressed" actions through pneumatic components. Then the blade equipped on the front end of the built-in pneumatic pick hammer coordinated with the adjustable workbench removes the old brake linings that need to be replaced on the brake shoes by impact. We also designed a simple and easy-to-control operation method, and developed a replaceable corresponding block structure for different models of brake shoes on the market. It makes us to meet the needs of removing brake shoes linings of different vehicle brands and models on the market.
