WDW series universal testing machines are mainly used for the testing of mechanical properties such as tensile, compression, bending, shearing, peeling and tearing of various metals, non-metals and composite materials. The system adopts microcomputer closed-loop control, has a wide and accurate loading speed and force measurement range, and has high precision and sensitivity for the measurement and control of load and displacement. The equipment is suitable for metal, adhesive, pipe, profile, aerospace, petrochemical, waterproof membrane, wire and cable, textile, fiber, rubber, ceramics, food, pharmaceutical packaging, geotextile, film, wood, paper and other manufacturing industries and Product quality supervision departments at all levels, and also suitable for teaching demonstration work in colleges and universities.

GB/T, JB, ISO, ASTM, HGT, EN (will add the test standards according to customers' demands)

Software protect: the software will stop the machine if overload
Machine protect: the machine will stop the machine if overload
Emergency stop button: customer could stop the machine manually from this button


 

1. Are you Manufacturer? Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?

Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance. while considering of sea transportation,we can extend 2 months for our customers.
Moreover, If your machine doesn't work, you can send us an E-mail or call ,we will try our best to find the problem through our conversation or by video chat if neccesary. Once we have confirmed the problem, the solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
 
2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
 
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.

4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
