This series of units mainly consists of five parts: automatic control part, heating and pressing part, adjusting part, transmission part and vacuum oil filtering part.
1. The automatic control system is composed of air switch, AC contactor, temperature controller, automatic circuit protection device.
2. The heating and pressing part is composed of heater, pressing screw, pressing bar, machine body assembly.
3. The transmission part is composed of main shaft and reducer, belt pulley, motor pulley.
4. The adjusting part consists of adjusting screw, adjusting nut, sub handle, lock nut.
5. The vacuum oil filtering part is composed of vacuum pump, oil filtering barrel pipeline.
Before installation, the newly purchased oil press shall be thoroughly cleaned. Take out the spindle, remove the upper pressing cage, and polish the outer surface, inner surface and screw feeder of the pressing screw with abrasive cloth. Add lubricating grease to all lubricating parts, and the type and brand of lubricating oil added in the gearbox shall meet the requirements of the manual. After the round row is polished and polished, it must be arranged according to the original position during the installation, and it cannot be misplaced, because the arrangement position and order of the round row have a great influence on the oil extraction performance. After the round row is installed, the compression nut is used to compress, and the compression degree is suitable for the disc to wriggle when pressing oil. After the above treatment, the oil press equipment can be fixed on the foundation with anchor bolts. During installation, the belt pulley of the motor shall be aligned with the belt pulley of the oil press, with proper position, correct rotation direction and proper adjustment of the tightness of the drive belt.
