Main Features:
1.The H-frame structure offers excellent rigidity and is primarily used for the compression molding of SMC/FRP/BMC sheets. This series of presses has reached international advanced standards.
2.The system employs a cartridge valve integration, characterized by minimal impact, reliable operation, low leakage, and a long service life. The guide rails are equipped with an automatic lubrication system. (This technology was introduced from Taiwan.
3.The machine features a safety device integrating mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, such as lower cylinder support and interlocking circuits between the upper and lower chambers, ensuring perfect safety. (We have adopted advanced hydraulic technology from Taiwan.)
4.It allows for the setting of constant pressure and stroke to achieve consistent production. It also includes an adjustable pressure holding time delay function.
5.The pressure and stroke settings can be easily adjusted within a certain range according to production requirements.
6.The control system integrates PLC with a touch screen (HMI) for operation. It offers three operating modes: adjustable, manual, and semi-automatic.

Hydraulic composites forming press is applied in compression moulding of composites material like SMC door skin,SMC motorboat and other BMC,FRP,GRP GMT composites materials.

Hydraulic Control System
The hydraulic control system adopts a high-precision logic valve system as the standard. The pipeline configuration is simple and clear, ensuring easy maintenance. Flange connections are prioritized for pipeline connections to prevent oil leakage.
All motors, pumps, and pipelines utilize advanced technology from Taiwan, offering strong resistance to vibration.

Electric Control System
Electric Cabinet is featured with dustproof, waterproof and oil proof. Adopt Schneider electric units to ensure high quality. All units to ensure high quality. All units have labels, so it's clear to identify and easy to maintain.
