Introduction
Magnetic Stirring Tank strictly follow the Article 31, 32 of GMP general rules "Good Manufacturing Practice" (Revised in 2010), to design, produce and inspect according to the requirement of "Pressure Vessel"(GB150-2011) and "Steel welded atmospheric pressure vessels"(NB/T 47003.1-2009)
Magnetic Stirring Tank adopts Vertical circular tanks, both of top and bottom are standard oval and torispherical head. Transition section in tank using circular arc transition, without dead corner, easy to clean. Single layer, double layer(insulation for tank and bottom head) or Jacket(tank and bottom head have jacket and insulation), equipped with magnetic stirring can implement CIP and SIP, according to customers' requirement.

The inner surface mirror polishing Ra≤0.28μm~0.6μm, outer surface can polishing, wire drawing and sandblasting according to customers' requirement. • Using bottom magnetic stirring, special designed stirring paddle, The best revolving speed range should be 20r/min~400 r/min, Can be suitable for mixing different medium. |
