10L 20L NBR Accumulator Air Bag Nitrogen Hydraulic Accumulator Rubber Bladder

 

The accumulator bladder is an important component of a bladder-type accumulator and plays a crucial role in storing energy, stabilizing pressure, and absorbing shocks. It is made of rubber and possesses flexibility, minimal deformation, high strength, and resistance to oil, acids, and alkalis. To facilitate replacement, the top of the accumulator is generally designed with a large opening structure.


Accumulator working principle:
When the pressure in the hydraulic system increases, the liquid enters the accumulator and compresses the gas inside it. Conversely, when the pressure decreases, the compressed gas expands, pushing the liquid back into the system circuit, thereby storing and releasing energy.


Common materials used for accumulator bladders:
1. Nitrile rubber (NBR): It has good oil resistance, wear resistance, and elasticity, making it suitable for general hydraulic oil applications.
2. Butyl rubber (IIR): It is oil-resistant, heat-resistant, and has good aging resistance, making it cost-effective. It is suitable for high-temperature hydraulic oil environments, such as turbine fuel systems.
3. Fluorocarbon rubber (FKM): It offers excellent oil resistance, high-temperature resistance, and good chemical corrosion resistance. It is suitable for environments that require high oil and temperature resistance, such as hydraulic systems using synthetic hydraulic oils.
4. Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR): It combines the advantages of NBR and FKM, providing oil resistance, high-temperature resistance, and good ozone resistance. It is widely used in the hydraulic and automotive industries.

Note: The choice of material for the accumulator bladder significantly affects its performance and suitability for different environments.
