Operation instructions

1. Valve in the open state there are two ways to close the valve:
To provide a solenoid coil(About 1 second)Instantaneous direct current pulse(DC 9~12V)
electric energy,Valve is quickly closed;     

Open the protective cover,Hand press down the red handle can also be turned off valve. Off valve after the state self maintained.
be careful:Normally it is not suitable to open the protective cover,So as to avoid the wrong operation off valve.

2. There is only one way to open the valve when the valve is closed.:Pull the red handle manually,Open valve. Open valve state can be maintained.
be careful:Open valve,As the handle to lift the trouble,Measures should be taken to make both ends of the valve inlet and outlet pressure balance,Balance valve open.
Avoid barbaric operation,In order to avoid damage to the valve actuator.

3. Valve in the open state:Due to the principle of magnetic lock design,Therefore, when the valve in the event of a strong shock,Valve may be automatically closed,
Under normal conditions. If the open valve self locking force is not normal(Too small),Manufacturers should be notified maintenance.

4. When the valve is cut off,Must be confirmed on the spot,To eliminate the hidden trouble of the accident can be manually reset,Recovery ventilation.

Installation requirements       

1. Valve installation unit should have the corresponding qualification and according to the relevant gas pipeline construction standard installation.
2. The valve should be installed in the general indoor air inlet valve,In order to repair.
3. Should be installed in accordance with the direction of flow valve body,Body coil not inverted,Allows horizontal and vertical installation.
4. Solenoid valve control line should be correct and reliable connection,Control line polarity:The white line is positive,Black line is negative,Can not answer.
5. Pipe purge,The proposal to isolate the solenoid valve,In order to avoid damage to the valve sealing material.
6. Pipeline in the test of pressure test before sealing performance,Should first open the valve state of the solenoid valve.
7. Manual valve opening,Should be in the valve inlet and outlet pressure balance operation.
8. Electric off valve,Don't take the wrong power,Such as: the wrong polarity, plus the wrong voltage or a long time power, etc.,So as not to damage the electromagnetic coil.
