5 .What if i have no import experience? We have reliable freight forwarders who can deliver items with DDP to your door by sea/air/Courier. In any case, we also can help you fix the container if you need ship different items in one container.

6.How do I make sure this is a safe transaction?
Made in China can protect your profits of buyers, and all our transactions will be conducted through Made in China platforms. When you make a payment, the money will go directly into your Made in China Bank account. After we send your item and confirm the details, Made in China will release the money to us. 

7.What do you do if there is a problem after receiving the product? If it is a product problem, we can replace new one in second shipment.

8.Have you have CE ? or other Certification like Form E  Form F etc? Yes, we have CE/CB/EMC/RoHS. If your products need GS, SAA etc. Pls let us know and we can do.

9.How can we guarantee quality? We mainly provide one year warranty for our products .We usually provide pro-duction sample before bulk production . And we have professional QC team to make sure products completely good before shipment. 

10.How about the sample fee ? We could provide samples for reference And the sample fee will return after order confirmed Shipping fee will be at your cost.
