3. The motor coil is made of copper enameled wire, which can withstand high temperature of 150°. Fully automatic intelligent winding equipment, evenly arranged, lower temperature rise, stable long-term transportation without losing steps.
4. Aluminum shell, pure aluminum shell, light and strong, durable and wear-resistant, lower temperature, convenient and practical.
5. Fine parts are made of aluminum alloy flange, which has good heat dissipation effect, high precision inner hole and stable operation.
6. The control precision is high, the position encoder is installed, the vector control technology is adopted, and the high-precision servo driver is used, the closed-loop effect can reach 0.001MM, which fundamentally solves the problem of traditional motors losing steps.

The torque-frequency characteristics are good, the high-speed performance of the hybrid servo drive system is more than 30% higher than that of the open-loop stepper, and the effective torque can be increased to more than 70% of the holding torque, so that the motor can maintain high-torque operation during high-speed processes.
