Indications Diagnosis of helicobacter pylori infection in the stomach.
Specification Each tablet contains 45mg urea [13C].
Usage and Dosage Take one tablet at a time orally.
1. Subjects should be examined in the morning on an empty stomach or after fasting
for two hours.
2. Subjects should fill in the required information and attach it to 3 sample tubes or 2
breath bags respectively.
3. Subjects shall breathe out normally, and follow the following steps (sample tube
1, bag 2):
1Insert the blow pipe into the bottom of one sample tube, breathe air into the
sample tube through the blow pipe, hold for 4-5 seconds, pull out the blow pipe, and
immediately twist the tube cap. At this point, the collected gas is zero-hour gas.2 Remove the airbag plug, insert one end of the air nozzle into the airbag, and
slowly breathe air into the airbag. While the airbag is full, maintain the expiratory
position, pinching the neck of the airbag with your hand. Plug the airbag with the
small plug immediately after removing the air nozzle. This is a zero-hour gas.
4. Subjects were given a tablet of urea [13C] with drinking water and then sat quietly.
5. Subjects will collect the gas according to the above method: Subjects with the
sample tube shall collect the gas 20 minutes and 30 minutes after taking urea [13C]
tablets respectively, and tighten the tube cap; Subjects with the airbag only needs to
collect the gas 20 minutes after taking urea [13C] tablets, and tightly plug the mouth
of the bag.
6. The collected zero-hour gas and 20 minutes gas were detected 13CO2 on the
corresponding instrument.30 minutes gas sample tube as backup; If the airbag leaks,
just recollect the gas.
