Product Description

Fiberglass mesh is manufactured by weaving fiberglass yarns into fiberglass woven fabric with square openings, and then coated by alkaline resistant latex to offer good alkali resistance, flexibility as well as tearing and stretching resistance properties. It is extensively used in plastering, thermal insulation, waterproofing and fireproofing works of interior and exterior walls and ceilings of buildings.

The Alkali-resistant system's mesh fabric is made from E-glass woven fabric as its basis mesh, and then should be coated by alkali-resistant agent. With strong elastic modulus and fracture strength, mesh is the ideal material that effectively reinforces cement concrete.

Fiberglass fabrics feature three types of weaves:

Plain Weaves -- The least expensive and least pliable, but will hold together well when cut
Twill Weaves -- A compromise between plain and satin weaves; pliable with moderate strength and desirable appearance
Satin Weaves -- Pliable with moderate strength; feature one fill yarn that floats over 3-7 warp yarns before being stitched beneath another; produce flatter fabrics
