BriLyzer® R Series, S Series, and M Series PEM electrolyzer products are developed based on the company's self-developed high-performance MEAs. They are constructed using a variety of core technologies such as multidisciplinary-cross-scale joint simulation calculation, high-corrosion-resistant bipolar plate coating technology, strong-gain porous titanium collector technology, multi-stage self-sealing technology, and high-consistency stacking process, aiming to create high-reliability, high-power PEM electrolyzer equipment. These breakthroughs tackle a series of challenges including high assembly force electrolyzer fastening, gas-liquid two-phase mass transfer under high current operating conditions, bipolar plate corrosion under complex electrochemical environments, and sealing under non-equilibrium high-pressure conditions.
