Installation Instructions
Installation And Use Of The Machine

1. Based on the size of the conventional saw blade, determine the height of the machine base and install it according to the installation diagram

2. Correct the verticality of the welding frame and the center of gravity of the foundation, and fix the frame horizontally.

3. Connect the cooling water.

4. Place the welding machine properly, connect the induction coils, adjust the welding position, and connect the inlet and outlet pipes of the welding machine.

5. Connect the air intake source and adjust the pressure of each pressure regulating valve.

6. Connect the power supply, welding machine power supply, automatic temperature control timing power supply, and water pump power supply.

7. Adjust the welding positions at various locations: parallel position between the copper water clip and the saw blade substrate, opening position of the copper water clip, position of the quick cooling nozzle, welding position of the induction ring, welding height position of the copper clip head, and position of the saw blade substrate.

8. To repair the ceramic chuck, first remove the lower limit body, clamp the repair block between the two copper water clamps, operate the down pressure handle, and move the ceramic chuck up and down to ensure parallelism with the two copper water clamp surfaces.
