Programming is operated by PLC , inspect everything is very clearly.
Left and right running by full Servo motor,Screen frame moving by electronic motor.
working principle
The vibrating plate is fed to the turntable table, and the product printing surface is treated by flame. Then the table is rotated
to the printing station, and the screen printing is carried out. The UV device is turned down for drying, and the table is turned
to the blanking station, and the mechanical blanking is carried out to complete the whole process..
Up speed is 3500-4000 pieces per hour.
Flame treatment and uv curing can option
This machine is extremely good at 360 degree printing ( full circle)and a part of designs on Cups ,Bottles,Soft tubes ,Pots,Jars, Oil filters,Balls,Pens and other round items.
