Q2. How will the cast iron kitchenware/cookware be packed?
A: Generally, the cast iron cookware will be put into inner white/color box and then into carton boxes. Of course, we could pack
as per customers' specific requirements.

Q3. Is there testing for the cast iron cookware sets before delivery?
A: Yes, goods will be tested 100% before delivery and there are also testings on the raw material and production process.

Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CRF,CIF, DDU, DDP.

Q5. How about your delivery time for the cast iron cookware?
A: The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q6. What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% TT deposit and 70% balance before delivery or against copy of B/L. Pictures of the products and packages will be shown
before you pay the balance. Of course, payment terms could be versatile in accordance with different actual cases.
