Overview Of BZM Braiding Machine:
BZM braiding machine consists of BZM2 and BZM3, in which BZM2 has 2X2 braiding structure and BZM3 has 3X3 braiding structure. The unique structural design, advanced CNC machining level and automatic control of this machine make it have the characteristics of fast braiding speed, good quality, large spindle thread capacity, small tension fluctuation, accurate knitting angle and stable work.
Highlights Of BZM Braiding Machine:
1.The spindle has a large wire capacity: 9KG/ spindle(steel wire)
2.The distance difference between the spindle running from the outer ring to the opposite braid point of the inner ring is compensated by the spindle compensation device, which can control the theoretical tension difference of the fabric to be not less than 76-90% of the spindle pay-off tension. Spindle pay-off adopts stepless pay-off structure, which has long service life and low failure rate.

4.The main engine and the tractor are driven by their own motors. Through PLC control and good man-machine interface, the speed of the main engine and the tractor is effectively controlled to obtain the best braid process requirements.
