Q2: How is your delivery time?

A: In general, we can deliver regular machines to our clients within 30 days. We have common parts in stock, allowing us to deliver standard forklifts in a very short time. For special order requests, we will try our best to deliver according to the confirmed date.

Q3: How soon can you respond to client inquiries?

A: Our team consists of diligent and dynamic individuals who work 24/7 to respond to client inquiries and questions promptly.

Q4: Which payment terms can you accept?

A: We usually work on T/T (30% down payment in advance, 70% balance before shipment or against the copy of the original B/L) or L/C terms. For long-term cooperating clients, we can discuss other payment options such as DP. Please consult your sales manager for advice.

Q5: Which Incoterms 2010 terms can you work with?

A: As a professional and sophisticated international player, we can handle all INCOTERMS 2010 terms. We typically work with regular terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, CP, DAP.

Q6: How long will your price be valid?

A: We are a fair and reasonable supplier, not driven by excessive profit. Our prices generally remain stable throughout the year. However, we may adjust our prices in two situations: significant fluctuations in the USD: MB exchange rate and adjustments made by manufacturers due to increasing labor and raw material costs.

Q7: What logistics methods can you use for shipment?

A: We can ship forklifts and other MHE products using various transportation tools. For 80% of our shipments, the machines are transported by sea to major continents such as Europe, North America, Africa, South America, Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. Inland neighborhood countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, can be reached by road or railway. For urgent demands of light spare parts, we can use international courier services like DHL, ***, UPS, or FedEx.
