The Dredger is powered by diesel engines. The main diesel engine is to drive the dredging pump and the auxiliary engine is to drive hydraulic system, including cutter head, swing winches, anchor winches, cutter ladder and the spud. Dredging pump is also driven by main diesel engine placed in main central pontoon.
