(1) Packing

(3) Quality requirements, technical standards, conditions and deadlines for the seller to be responsible for quality 
According to the production standards and quality requirements agreed upon by seller and buyer, the warranty period is 12 months from the date of meeting the delivery time. The screw, barrel and the electroplating layer of the mold belong to wear parts and are not covered by the warranty. Improper operation caused by human factors and damage are not covered by the warranty.
(4) Acceptance criteria and deadline for raising objections 
Conduct physical acceptance of the products according to the contract and attachments. Equipment objections (appearance, quantity, technical parameters, etc.) shall be raised in writing at the seller's factory site. Failure to raise objections shall be deemed as no objections.
(5) Debugging
The buyer shall bear the round-trip airfare and visa fees for the debugging personnel dispatched by the seller's company overseas, including food, accommodation, transportation, and debugging personnel. Additionally, a fee of $100 per day per person shall be paid.
(6) Equipment retention time
If the buyer fails to pick up the goods within one year after the equipment meets the shipping conditions, the seller has the right to dispose of the equipment, which does not belong to the buyer and does not refund the deposit and payment.
(7) The seller reserves the right to make changes to the specific details of the equipment, as long as such changes are beneficial to the final design. Due to supply cycles/technological upgrades, the manufacturer reserves the right to replace the same brand.
(8) Force majeure
The seller shall not be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the goods due to force majeure (such as war, serious fire, flood, typhoon, earthquake or other events acceptable to both parties) in the course of production or shipment or transhipment. The seller shall promptly notify the buyer of all such occurrences and shall provide a certificate of the accident issued by the competent government authority. In this case, the seller is still responsible to take the necessary measures to transport the goods as soon as possible. 
(9) Validity: Thirty days since quotation date.
