Product Description
BCMC Machinery BCDP-1600/1800/2000 is a kind of composited cutting machine. With band saw or diamond wire and automatic convey feeding belt, it can horizontally split the slab into slices easy. Normally used for thin slab cutting and luxury slab processing. The after cutting slabs are smooth and flat. Can be used for table top, kitchen top, sink top, tile, floorboard, wall and son on.

Main Features:
  1. The saw blade adopts an automatic hydraulic tension device which provides  constant pressure. Uniform strength, stable pressure, longer service life of the saw blade and convenient operation.
  2. PLC touch screen control. Easy visible control and the slicing thickness can be adjusted through the PLC control system.
  3. Constant cutting speed. The surface of the after cutting slabs are smooth and flat. Whats more, reduce stone defect rate than cutting by other cutting machines.
