1. WHAT IS A DRY BULK LINER?
A dry bulk liner is a flexible packaging installed inside a standard dry container, used for dry bulk free flowing commodities intermodal transport via truck, rail, and ship.
Dry bulk liner can be manufactured in different designs and materials so as to suit specific requirements.
2. WHAT COMMODITIES CAN DRY BULK LINER CARRY?
LAF Dry Bulk Liner carry dry granular, flaked, pellet or powder products, and protecting products from contamination and safeguard the integrity of the commodities.
3. HOW LONG TIME TO FIT A DRY BULK LINER?
Two people can install the bulk dry liner in 15 minutes.
4. HOW TO LOAD A DRY BULK LINER?
Dry commodity would be loaded inside the dry bulk liner with automatic loading system (pneumatic, belt/screw conveyor or gravity) quickly. When it reaches the target payload volume, container doors would be closed and secured. The loaded container would be dispatched to destination via truck, rail, or ship.
5. HOW TO UNLOAD A DRY BULK LINER?
Keep container left door closed, and open the right container door. Connect the discharging manifold to the discharge spout of dry bulk liner, and then attach the automatic discharging equipment to it, after that start equipment to discharge.
6. WHAT MATERIALS CAN BE USED FOR A DRY BULK LINER?
LAF designs and manufactures high quality container bulk liners, from food grade virgin LLDPE film or in PP woven fabric, or HDPE woven fabric.
