Product Description
The unique technology of the automatic pressure gel process(APG) of epoxy tree is that the continuous pressure of epoxy resin mixture is constant, which can be used to supplement the curing shrinkage. This process is done in a high temperature mold, so that the high reaction activity of epoxy resin mixture, in a short time quickly gelation. Therefore, the product surface is free of defects, low internal stress, compact, good consistency, high size precision, excellent electromechanical performance, high product qualification rate. Because gelation time is usually several minutes to dozens of minutes(depending on the size of the mould and different), can greatly improve the utilization rate of the mould, shorten the production cycle. As a result, the APG process is carried out in a whole closed system, pollution of the environment, energy savings, and time savings. According to the principle of automatic pressure gel(APG) technology of liquid epoxy resin, the APG technology actually includes two major components: having good mechanical and electrical properties, and the formulation design and the corresponding process parameters of the epoxy resin mixture which is rapidly solidified at high temperature. As well as the technical conditions and technological parameters of the APG special equipment formula and equipment are interdependent, so that the complete composition of APG technology.
